Instructions:

Divide the cauliflower into small florets, wash and drain.

Clean the onion and chili pepper and cut them into fine strips.blanch the tomatoes, cut them in half, remove the seeds and dice.first heat the wok and then the clarified butter in it.

Sauté the onions, chili peppers and ginger while stirring. Stir in curry powder and sugar and continue to sauté over low heat for approx. 2 min.

Fold the cauliflower into the mixture, add tomatoes and broth. Saute everything over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes.

Before the cauliflower is done – but still has bite – add the peas. Season with salt and sprinkle with parsley.
