Instructions:

For carrot-pea rice, first lightly toast the rice with olive oil, add water and salt. Bring to a boil and cook on low heat until tender.

Clean the carrots and cut into small cubes. Cook carrots and 2 tablespoons of water in a small saucepan until water evaporates, add peas, salt and butter and cook for 1 minute. Mix vegetables with rice.

Arrange carrot-pea rice and serve.
