Instructions:

For the beef broth, place the meat in a large pot and cover completely with cold water. Bring the water to a boil and now add salt.

Allow to simmer for approx. 1 hour – do not overcook! Wash the greens and add them to the meat. Cut the onion in half with the skin and add it. Add peppercorns, bay leaves.

Pour in water so that the meat is completely covered again. Let it simmer for about 1 hour. Now remove the meat and vegetables. Season the soup with a little soup powder.
