A great pasta dish for any occasion:
Prepare pasta al dente according to package directions.
Remove the skin from the onion and cut into cubes. Heat the oil in a wok. First add the onion cubes, then, when they are translucent, also add the minced meat and fry. Add the paprika, soy sauce, a little salt and pepper and a pinch of brown sugar. Add the water and cook the vegetables for 2-3 minutes. Carefully add the crème fraîche and the crushed garlic and place on the hot noodles form, garnish with fresh parsley or cilantro.
