Instructions:

For the burgers, mix the toast with the yogurt and stand for 10 min. Dry roast the new spice in a frying pan and then grind finely. Season the mince with the spices, mix with all the other ingredients and leave to cool for 1 hour. Form small balls from the meat mixture and roast them in olive oil until golden brown.

Whisk all the ingredients together to make the cucumber mojito (if necessary, do not add all the lime juice straight away, but season it, otherwise it may well become too sour) and fill into glasses with a small amount of crushed ice. Bring to the table with the lamb burgers.

Tip: Cook only with high-quality spices – they are the be-all and end-all in a good dish!
