Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, remove the skin from the avocado, cut into slices and sprinkle with the juice of one lemon. Toast bread, spread with butter and top with avocado slices. Season crab with salt, juice of one lemon, pepper, thyme and paprika and offer on toasts with cheese. Top with grapes, lamb’s lettuce leaves and radishes.
