For the apple slices cooked in ice wine, mix the ice wine with sugar and water, boil once so that the sugar dissolves. Peel and core the apples and cut into wedges.
Boil 6 – 8 small rex jars of about 220 ml capacity, as well as the lids and gummies. Boil apple wedges in the broth for 3 minutes, remove from the broth with a sieve ladle and simmer it for another 10 minutes.
Arrange the apple slices very tightly in the jars, it is allowed to press a little bit. When all the jars are filled, pour in the rest of the broth and simmer at 80 degrees for 20 minutes.
The apple slices cooked in ice wine then let cool.
