Instructions:

Season the meat, brown it and put it into the meat pot. Finely chop the onions and sauté until translucent, squeeze the garlic cloves and add, sauté briefly and add to the meat.

Sauté the chopped cabbage until it collapses, season with cumin and add to the meat. Cook on low heat for about 75 minutes. At the end season with salt and pepper.

Serve with: boiled potatoes
