A cake recipe for all foodies:
Cream the fat, add sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs, mix flour, cornstarch (maize starch) and baking powder, sift and fold in. Spread the dough on the baking tray. For the topping, mix chopped almonds with sugar and cinnamon. Cover the dough with butter flakes, sprinkle with the almond mixture and bake at 200 °C for 20-25 min until golden brown.
