For the pasta con pumpkin, cook the torchietti in salted water until al dente. Heat the oil in a pan, sauté the diced pumpkin in it and reduce the juice that comes out.
Then sprinkle the spice mixture and stir carefully so that the pumpkin cubes remain whole. Add more seasoning if desired.
