Pasta dishes are just always delicious!
You can bring this Italian-inspired dish to the table on chief lettuce or chicory leaves – in terms of color, it goes exceptionally well with the reddish radicchio leaf salad.
In a large saucepan, bring enough water to the boil, season with salt and cook the pasta in it until “al dente” – this takes 7-15 minutes depending on the type.
Mix the ingredients for the sauce until creamy and add to the pasta.
Finally, stir in the olives, tomatoes and fennel.
