Perhaps your new favorite bean dish:
Blanch fennel and cauliflower briefly in salted water. Rinse cold, drain well. Season patissons and melanzane lightly with salt and juice. Mix the ingredients of the marinade. Add to vegetables form, cover and marinate for two to four hours. Thread alternately on skewers.
Grill under the broiler or in a grill pan for ten minutes, turning.
Goes well with millet, couscous, long grain rice.
Tip: Mix marinade with 200 g peeled, chopped tomatoes and serve with bean pods or lentils.
