Pasta dishes are always a good idea!
Season the minced pork with a teaspoon of sambal oelek and form small meatballs. Fry the meatballs in a frying pan with a little oil.
In a large saucepan, sear the chicken breast strips in 3 to 4 tablespoons of oil and remove. Then add the leek rings, onion rings, celery and bell bell pepper strips to the saucepan and sauté as well.
Finally, add the peas and bean sprouts and fry briefly so that the vegetables remain crunchy.
Add pre-cooked noodles and season with the Chinese garlic powder, ground ginger, ketjap manis and mango chutney and stir-fry until cooked. Pour on chicken soup if needed.
Finally, return the chicken breast strips to the saucepan and season again with salt and ketjap manis. Arrange on plates with the fried meatballs and a banana half on each. Form fresh dill tips on top and garnish with the roasted peanuts. Serve with Kroepoek.
