For the spaghetti with spinach and feta cheese top sauce, finely chop the garlic and onion and fry in a little olive oil until translucent. Add the defrosted – or briefly blanched – spinach leaves, pour in the cream and season (salt, pepper, oregano).
Shortly before serving, mix in the diced feta cheese, remove the pot from the heat and let the spaghetti with spinach and feta cheese sauce stand for 5 minutes, covered.
