Instructions:

Fry the fish sticks in oil and drain on kitchen paper. Arrange the lettuce on a large plate.

Cut the tomatoes, carrot and onion into small pieces and spread them evenly on the plate. Now place the fish sticks on the salad as well.

Prepare a dressing of your choice and drizzle around the salad, sprinkle with fresh herbs.
