Make savoy cabbage leaves in bubbling salted water in about 1 min until soft enough to fold. Drain and roll up into small balls. Place side by side in an ovenproof dish. Season with pepper and nutmeg, baste with whipped cream and top with diced mozzarella. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Bake in a heated oven at 200 °C for about 15 minutes until the mozzarella is lightly browned.
