Cook spaghetti in enough salted water until al dente.
Cut ham into tender strips Melt butter or light butter in a saucepan Lightly fry ham evenly Sprinkle flour evenly over the top and mix everything together well Deglaze with whipping cream and milk Add Tk peas Season heartily with vegetable soup, pepper and some freshly grated nutmeg and simmer for at least 5 minutes. The sauce should have a slightly creamy consistency.
Sprinkle grated cheese on top if desired.
Notes: This is a quick, simple dish, which so far all my guests have enjoyed.
Tip: Always use an aromatic ham, it adds a wonderful touch to your dish!
