Instructions:

Sift the flour into a bowl and add all the ingredients. Knead vigorously with your hands.

Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour – knead vigorously halfway through. If a warm place is not available, a hot water bottle will also do.

Roll out the pizza dough and bake at approx. 200 °C.
