Pasta dishes are always a good idea!
Clean the beans, if necessary break them into pieces. Cook in a little, lightly salted water for about 10 minutes. Make pasta al dente. Drain beans and noodles.
Coarsely crush coriander seeds and roast briefly in a frying pan without fat until they begin to smell, remove. Sprinkle salmon with lime juice (1), pull briefly. Cut fillet into pieces. Heat up soybean oil, fry salmon in it at low temperature for about 5 minutes, season.
Chop coriander greens. Peel onions, remove seeds from chili and cut both into fine rings. Stir remaining lime juice with sugar, pepper, salt, chili and coriander seeds. Beat in oils with a fork. Fold in cilantro greens, except for a tiny bit for garnish, and onions. Toss noodles and beans with salad dressing and toss in about 20 min. Arrange lettuce and salmon on plates.
