A great cake recipe for any occasion:
Preheat stove to 180 degrees.
Coarsely chop lemon balm.
Beat eggs and sugar until white-creamy. Fold in oil and wine.
Combine gustein, baking powder, flour, and sauce powder, sift, and fold in leisurely on medium speed, alternating with lemon balm.
Pour batter into a cup cake pan (greased umd floured) and place in the oven on the spot. Bake for about 65min, then take out and leave in the pan on the cooling rack for another 10min.
Turn out and cool.
Spread the jam through a sieve and brush the bottom of the cake with it. Sprinkle with the coconut flakes.
Prepare max. 2 days before eating.
