A cake recipe for all foodies:
Defrost puff pastry at room temperature. Separate beforehand, of course. Whip the egg whites until stiff and gradually fold in the sugar. Then add the almond kernels. Place the puff pastry on a baking sheet moistened with water and spread the topping on the sheets. Sift flour and mix with sugar, butter and cinnamon, and make into crumbles using mixer with dough rakes. Next, spread the crumble evenly over the topping.
On top of that, just put the baking sheet in the oven.
Top/bottom heat: 200-220 °C (preheated) Hot air: 180-200 °C (not preheated) Gas: level 4-5 (preheated)
Baking time: 15-20 min.
You can also put a little berry fruit on the topping form, and then spread the crumble evenly.
