For the pancakes, mix all ingredients to a not too thick batter. Bake the pancakes one after the other in hot butter and keep warm. Mix sour cream with horseradish, powdered sugar and a pinch of salt. Cut smoked salmon into strips. Spread each pancake with a little cream, place smoked salmon on top and roll up. Garnish with marinated lettuce if desired.
