Cut the rolls into thin slices, season with salt and pepper, pour hot milk. Sauté the chopped mushrooms with parsley in butter and add to the bread mixture with the eggs.
Form small dumplings, roll them in wheat flour, put them into boiling salted water and let them stand for 10 minutes.
Heat the ingredients for the sauce in a saucepan. Serve with the canederli (mushroom dumplings).
