Instructions:

Melt the soluble coffee in a cup of boiling hot water. Beat the egg whites with half the powdered sugar until stiff.

Whip the sweet whipped cream, cream stiffener and remaining powdered sugar until stiff. Whip sugar and egg yolks until creamy (at least 5 min).

Then add the dissolved coffee, fold in the whipped cream and finally the snow. Freeze in large or small portions as desired.

Tip: Use better chocolate – the better the result will taste!
