Whip the mascarpone loosely with a whisk, let the chocolate melt in a water bath. Whip the cream with the sugar until stiff. Mix the melted chocolate with the mascarpone and carefully fold in the cream. Let the cream rest until it is firm.
Meanwhile, crumble the cookies, add praline, grated nuts, coffee and Bailey’s.
In a glass bowl, form a narrow layer of nuts and on top a fine layer of mascarpone cream. Pour in 2 more layers of each. Place the creme in the refrigerator for one night.
Garnish with chocolate syrup and mint leaves.
