1. squeeze oranges well. Boil sugar and 100 ml orange juice for 5 min.

Mix with remaining juice and liqueur. Cool in freezer for 1 hour, stir in stiffly beaten egg whites and freeze for another 4 hours, stirring every half hour. Serve in hollowed out orange peels as desired.
