For the cookie dough, knead a smooth dough from the given ingredients and refrigerate for about 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Roll out the chilled dough thinly on a floured work surface. Cut out eggs with an oval cookie cutter (or cut them out with a knife). Cut circles out of half of these dough eggs at the bottom, thicker end.
Place them all on the prepared baking sheet and bake in a hot oven for about 10 minutes. Let cool on a baking rack.
Spread the bottoms (without hole) thickly with lemon curd. Sprinkle the tops (with hole) with powdered sugar and cover the bottoms with it.
