For the Grenadiermarsch cooked, peeled potato (fresh or breits from the day before) cut into slices about 1 cm thick and halve if necessary. Peel and finely chop the onion. Cut the sausage into small cubes.
Heat oil in a pan and add the onion and potato and fry briefly. After a short time also add the sausage and precooked Fleckerl (can also be from the previous day).
Season everything well with salt, pepper and a little marjoram and leave in the pan until everything is nicely browned. Stir the grenadier march several times.
