Pasta dishes are just always delicious!

Cut the spring onions into small pieces. Cut meat into strips.

Cook the pasta in enough salted water for about 10 minutes al dente.

Lightly roast the pine nuts in a frying pan without fat, turning. Remove and set aside.

Heat oil in a frying pan. Fry meat in portions for about 5 minutes, turning. Add all the meat to the frying pan again and add the spring onions and fry everything together for another 5 minutes.

Sprinkle with balsamic vinegar and braise briefly. Season with salt and pepper. Drain pasta, mix with fillet tips and pine nuts. Arrange farfalle with the strips of meat on a platter and bring to the table.
