For the tiramisu, brew the coffee and mix it with the amaretto in a soup bowl. Stir the Qimiq with some of the powdered sugar until smooth.
Add the mascarpone to the Qimiq, the rest of the powdered sugar, the vanilla sugar and a dash of Amaretto (if children also eat from it, it is better to leave out the Amaretto) and mix everything well.
Briefly pull the biscuits through the coffee-amaretto mixture and place them in a suitable mold. Spread the mixture over them, sprinkle cocoa powder on top with a fine sieve and chill for at least 3 hours!
