Mix the ingredients for the spaetzli dough and whisk until bubbles appear in the dough. Briefly swell the spaetzli in boiling water with a little oil. Cool the spaetzli well.
Sauté the ham strips with the chopped onions and garlic and set aside. Sauté the spaetzli and season well with salt and freshly ground pepper.
Mix the sautéed ham strips with the fried spaetzli and extinguish with the cream. Arrange on plates, top with the Tilsiter slices and bake lightly in the oven.
Tip: Always use an aromatic ham, it will give your dish a wonderful touch!
