Crush the dark chocolate and melt in a hot water bath. Mix with the ground cloves, cinnamon, nuts, new spice and rum.
Pull up the stem end of the figs, cut off and press a bulge into the fruit with a wooden spoon style. Pour in nut and chocolate mixture.
Crush cooking chocolate and melt separately in a water bath. Coat figs with milk chocolate coating. Fill white cooking chocolate into a small parchment paper bag, cut a tiny tip small and pipe fine sprinkles onto the coated figs.
Preparation time: 45 min.
Tip: Feel free to use better chocolate – the more delicious the result!
