For the soft cake slices, first prepare the base. Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites. Beat the yolks with sugar, water, oil and cocoa until foamy.
Mix flour with baking powder. Fold in alternately with the beaten egg whites and bake for about 30 minutes at 170°.
For the custard, boil the orange juice, sugar and custard powder to custard and let cool. Whisk the Qimiq until creamy.
Slowly fold in the orange custard. Spread the cream on the cake.
Whip the cream with cream stiffener and spread on top of the cream. Dip soft cake cookies in orange juice, place on top of the slices and chill the soft cake slices for about 2 hours.
