For the apple-honey vinegar, wash the apples well and cut into quarters or eighths, depending on their size. Heat the vinegar at a moderate temperature and completely dissolve the honey in it.
Place the apples in a sufficiently large sealable container and pour the honey vinegar over them. Close the jar and place it in a bright place for about 3 – 4 weeks.
Shake the jar again and again. Then pour the vinegar through a fine sieve and decant the apple-honey vinegar into a bottle.
