Hard egg and cut into slices with egg slicer. Cut cherry tomatoes into slices. Cut bread sticks into ten slices. Cut figs into wedges. Pit olives and cut in half. Cut the gherkin into slices. Pluck dill sprigs and chop cress. Mix cream cheese with granulated walnuts, cilantro, cream cheese and horseradish well. Season with salt and pepper.
Spread slices of bread with cream cheese mixture. Top each two bread slices with egg slices, garnish with salmon caviar and cress. Top each two bread slices with smoked salmon. Garnish with horseradish, capers and dill. Top each two slices of bread with salami. Top with pickle and cherry tomatoes. Top each two slices of bread with smoked trout. Garnish with horseradish, figs and cress.
Top each two slices of bread with salmon ham. Garnish with black olives and cress.
Serving:
Sprinkle a glass platter with cress. Place finished bread on top and place a few fig wedges in the center for decoration.
