For the broccoli casserole first defrost broccoli.
Peel potatoes and boil until soft, let cool down
Mix well curd cheese and eggs with spices
Mix in chopped broccoli, cooked potatoes and grated cheese
Pour the mixture into an ovenproof buttered and crumbled casserole dish
Bake broccoli casserole in the oven with hot air at approx. 180C° for approx. 30-35 minutes until golden brown
