Portion cakes are always popular with children. As a kindergarten snack or possibly for parties, they are ideal and much healthier than the inevitable Negerkuss.
Break the zwieback. Heat the milk and pour it over the rusk. When it is almost soft, stir through with the curd. Cream the butter with the sugar. Separate the egg, egg yolk with the semolina to the sugar butter form further stir. gradually stir in the curd cream. Beat the egg whites until stiff, stir in. Place the paper cups on a baking tray and pour in the curd dough. Rinse, clean and dry the berries, divide larger fruits. Place the fruit on the dough in the ramekins, press a little bit. Put the baking tray into the oven heated to 180 °C (gas mark 3) and bake for 35 minutes. Sprinkle the cakes with a little powdered sugar before serving. Freeze individual cakes as you like.
