For the farmer’s salad from the goat pasture, prepare a marinade from olive oil, finely chopped savory and coarsely ground pepper, in which the fresh goat cheese is best soaked overnight.

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Toast the thin slices of bread, spread the marinated cheese on them and bake in the hot oven for about five to ten minutes.
