For the chocolate cake, separate the eggs, beat the egg whites to snow. Beat yolks with sugar, butter and salt until foamy. Melt the chocolate and fold into the yolk mixture, alternating flour and beaten egg whites.
Grease a baking tray and sprinkle with breadcrumbs, fill in the dough and smooth it down. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 °C for about 35 minutes. Allow to cool.
Cook the pudding according to package instructions and let cool, whip with butter and powdered sugar. Cut the peaches into small pieces. Soak gelatin in cold water and dissolve in warmed compote juice, add peach pieces and chill.
Cut the chocolate cake in half and spread the fruit mixture on one half and cover with the remaining cake. Spread chocolate cream thinly on the cake and decorate with whipped cream and small cookies.
