Put some fat in the frying pan and cut the onions into rings and fry them lightly, add a little flour and pour in clear soup. Cook until a creamy sauce is formed. Season with salt, pepper and chopped greens (note: the herbs), served with cooked, peeled potatoes or fresh bread.
