A bean recipe for every taste:

1. prepare liver in boiling water for 5 min, cool and then cut into narrow slices. Cut meat into narrow slices. Pour boiling hot water over Chinese mushrooms and soak for 20 min. Drain well and cut into slices.

Heat oil in a wok. Fry onions in it over medium heat for 5 min until golden. Mix in liver and chicken breast strips. Add garlic and ginger and roast for another minute. Pour in fish sauce and roast for another 2 min.

Put Chinese cauliflower, mushrooms, beans, mushrooms and onion mixture in a saucepan. Add water, bring to a boil and cook until just tender. Add cabbage, spinach and bean sprouts and do another 5 min. Add scallions and cilantro.

4.Beat eggs, add to the boiling soup and stir the egg mixture on the spot. Add soy sauce and pepper and bring to table on the spot with lime wedges, which can be squeezed into the soup.
