Mix fat until thick and creamy, add sugar and vanilla sugar, add eggs one at a time. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Add remaining ingredients. Spread on a greased (or parchment paper) baking sheet. For the crumble, combine ingredients and knead together. Place large crumbles on the dough. Preheat the oven to 175 °C (gas mark 2). Bake for 25 minutes. Cool and drizzle with glaze.
