For the deviled eggs, first hard boil the eggs, rinse, peel and cut in half. Remove the yolks and mash them finely with a fork.

Now mix the soft butter with anchovy paste and mustard (to taste) until creamy. Add the mashed yolks and season with salt and pepper. Pour the mixture into a pastry bag and fill the egg halves with it. Serve the stuffed eggs.
