For deviled eggs, peel the hard-boiled eggs, cut them in half and take out the egg yolk. Mash the egg yolks with a fork, add the mayonnaise and anchovy paste and season with salt and pepper.

Fill the egg white halves with the yolk mixture (it looks best with a pastry bag) and sprinkle with caviar.
