Mix the flour with the baking powder and cocoa powder.

Put the eggs, sour cream, sugar, nuts and oil in a bowl and mix with a mixer.

Finally, stir in the flour mixture and add flavoring according to taste (vanilla sugar, lemon zest, rum).

Pour everything into a greased loaf pan and bake the cupcake at 180 °C for about 45 minutes.
