For the Bolognese sauce, dice the onions and garlic and fry in oil, add the minced meat and season well with salt, pepper, marjoram.

In the meantime, wash, peel and cut the carrots and zucchini. (When the mince is crumbly, add the carrots and zucchini and fry briefly.

Add strained tomatoes and water and stir. Season if necessary. Simmer for about an hour (until the carrots are soft), stirring occasionally.
