For the sesame bread, dissolve yeast with sugar in lukewarm water. Mix the sesame seeds. Put the flour in a bowl, make a well and pour the yeast water into it.
Mix with a little flour and cover and keep warm for 20 minutes. Add butter and salt and knead a smooth dough. Let rise for 30 minutes.
Knead again roll out a little, cut out discs with a large round cutter, dip one side in lukewarm water and turn in sesame seeds.
Place on a baking tray covered with baking paper and let rise for 45 minutes. Bake in the preheated oven at 220 °C for about 5 minutes and at 200 °C for about 20 minutes until they have a nice color.
