For the Reindling, mix the milk with yeast. Add soft butter, egg, salt, honey and flour and knead a yeast dough.
Cover the dough and let it rest for 1 hour. Grate nuts, mix with coffee, honey and raisins. Roll out the dough and spread with the nut filling.
Form a roll and place it in a pastry case or a pie dish. Bake the Reindling at 170 degrees top/bottom heat for about 45 minutes.
