Boil quinoa in lemon water with sea salt and cinnamon, cook for approx. 15 min. and allow to soak for 10 min. add grapes. In the meantime, whip curd cheese with whole sugar, juice of one lemon, egg yolks, vegetable margarine and nuts until creamy, whip egg whites until stiff. Stir the cooked and a little bit cooled quinoa grains into the curd mixture, carefully fold in the beaten egg white. Pour into an ovenproof dish and bake in a heated oven at 200 °C for about 40 minutes.
