Preheat oven to 180 °C. Rinse the beans and drain. Roast cumin in a pan without fat and then add to beans. Wash coriander, shake dry and add. Peel the garlic and add it as well. Puree everything with 2 tbsp oil and lemon juice. If the puree is too thick, add some more oil. Season with pepper and salt. Heat the rest of the oil strongly and fry the ostrich fillets in it. Place in preheated oven at 180 °C for about 10 minutes. Then season with salt and pepper and serve with the puree.
